You will be responsible for the planning, design, development/construction, and implementation of the development information infrastructure centered on PLM (BOP/BOE) across Honda.

 

Honda is continuously evolving to provide the “joy of mobility” to more people around the world, not just 10 or 20 years from now, but far into the future.

With the recent advancements in digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence and big data, the potential for value creation in a broader range of fields has expanded more than ever before. In addition to traditional “monozukuri” (manufacturing), Honda is also working on creating new value that harmonizes with people, known as “monozukuri and kotozukuri.”

To support manufacturing reforms, we are building and deploying an integrated development information database and IT development environment that leverages data. By combining various systems and services on PLM/ALM platforms, such as CAD, CAE, E&E, and parts list systems, we aim to create an environment where information required by each business, such as traceability in the development process, can be obtained and utilized in a timely manner. We are looking for colleagues who will contribute to promoting DX across the company.
