Responsibilities
For the development of powertrain control for next-generation vehicles, including battery electric vehicles (BEV), hybrid vehicles (HEV/PHEV), and fuel cell vehicles (FCV):
Conceptual design and architecture formulation for the system of each vehicle, including its realization and verification
Design and verification of control algorithms and functions
Bench and real vehicle testing and evaluation of powertrain systems and related components
Evolution of development processes, including the establishment of development environments utilizing simulation and virtual technologies
Development of new powertrain control utilizing connected technologies
*Interactions with overseas affiliates and partners will be required.
*There may be possibilities for overseas assignments in the future.
*Based on expertise, suitability, and company needs, you may be reassigned to different tasks as defined by the company.

● Research and development of powertrain control technology that enables low-fuel consumption driving by preemptively understanding the elevation of the route to the destination via navigation information.
● Research and development of technologies that enhance the use of electric vehicles and improve convenience in daily life through integration with charging stations, smartphones, and other devices.
