Location: Tokyo and Wako-shi Saitama
Annual salary: 6.5 million JPY or more. Based on experience and ability, salary will be determined according to company regulations.
Level: Mid-career and new graduates

Position/Job Description
AI Transformation Team, Project member
 
Under the guidance of the AI Transformation Project Leader, you will drive your role within projects using Generative AI and build MVPs.
 
-When building an MVP, you will learn to understand stakeholder requirements with empathy, gain insights, and advance solutions that exceed expectations.
-Learn to work efficiently in an agile manner to maximize the use of individual resources and achieve the greatest outcomes, contributing to maximizing the overall performance of the project.
-Continuously acquire the latest knowledge in the rapidly changing Gen-AI technology, be mindful of social acceptability, and not only focus on coding but also constantly acquire essential knowledge for safely and reliably using Gen AI for humanity, striving to improve.

Qualifications

  • Business level English proficiency
  • Required skills:
    Experience with Python programming.
    Fundamental knowledge of statistical analysis and data analysis.
    Experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • Prederred Skills:
    Communication skills in Japanese.
    Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of best practices in software development.
  • No entry restrictions in Europe, the United States, Asia, China, and South America.
  • Desired Personal Qualities: An expert of Gen-AI and beieve that AI and Human can build meaningful value together, enjoy working with humans and embrace joys of our livings.
