AI Transformation Leader
Location: Tokyo and Wako-shi Saitama
Annual salary: 20 million JPY or more
Level: Mid-career
Start of employment: March 2025
Position/Job Description
The AI Transformation Leader will lead a newly convened elite AI Transformation Team to rapidly drive business transformation using Generative AI and disseminate it across global operations of Honda.
– At the request of internal stakeholders, the leader will assign project to a team to maximize the use of resources and achieve the highest possible outcomes. The leader can discuss and set goals with stakeholders.
– The Transformation Leader will supervise the project leaders and members, planning and implementing sustainable growth for the team.
– The successful MVP representing transformations will be swiftly disseminated globally, orchestrating each business unit to align with risk management and governance.
– The activities of the AI Transformation Leader and the AI Transformation Teams will visibly evoke a new era of transformation. The AI Transformation Leader will lead transformations widely recognized both internally and externally, capable of impacting cultural reform, business reform, and social reform.

Qualifications

  • Business level English proficiency
  • Required skills:
    Experience with Python programming.
    Fundamental knowledge of statistical analysis and data analysis.
    Experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • Prederred Skills:
    Communication skills in Japanese.
    Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of best practices in software development.
  • No entry restrictions in Europe, the United States, Asia, China, and South America.
  • Desired Personal Qualities: An expert of Gen-AI and beieve that AI and Human can build meaningful value together, enjoy working with humans and embrace joys of our livings.
